Create Risk
On a third party, "Create Risk" is the one action offered: it tracks the selected findings as risks in that third party's Risk Register. It opens the "Create from Finding" dialog with the findings selected; select "Create" there. Each finding becomes a risk with the source "Platform-Detected".
- Status, score, and severity: the finding is unchanged.
- Where: the "Actions" menu of a third party's finding grids that offer it, such as "Lookalike Domains", "Vulnerabilities", and "TLS/SSL Certificate Issues", and the "Create Risk" button on a third party finding's detail page.
- Who: every role in a grid; Admins and Analysts on a detail page.
- Undo: manage the risk in the Risk Register.
Example: a third party's mail server has an expired certificate. Create a risk from the finding to track it with the third party until it is fixed.
